Canada Service Information
In the unlikely event that your Mirka® CEROS sander should require service or warranty repairs, please follow these quick and easy steps to get it repaired:
1) Have the following serial numbers ready before calling the repair service:
a. CEROS Sander (with backup pad)
b. DC Transformer
2) Please call the following number (514) 618-1770 or send an e-mail to email@example.com.
3) Please pack above items in a suitable size box. When sending in your Mirka® CEROS for service please include the Proof of Purchase.
4) When sending in via Purolator, remember to mark the waybill, "Third Party Billing'.
5) Upon arrival to our facilities, the tool will be diagnosed to determine necessary repairs.
6) For non-warranty repairs, you will be contacted prior to repair for authorization and payment method. Any return shipping charges will also be billed to you for non-warranty repairs.
7) Once repair is complete, the tool will be returned via Purolator.
